led in caps lock key does not light either

Hey Tala,

 

Im not quite sure I understand the issue. Is it only these two keys that stopped working? What specific model DM3 is this? 

 

When one key goes bad, usually another key goes with it since they are on the same circuit. Are you still in warranty? If your unsure you can use this tool to check: Check you Warranty Status
