I currentley have a HP dv5 (2011) with a dual core i3 with a battery life of 4-4.5 hours. It has no bluetooth or dedicated gpu. I am planning on buying the new HP Envy 14 with a quad core processor (using it for mainly video/photo editing and games). I was wondering what the battery life on the new Envy 14s are with the quad core i7s. I know that the new processors have an igpu, so can the quad core Envy 14 last for atleast 4-5 hours?? If not can this be achieved with the Envy 14s with the dual core i5??
the configuration I'm planning on getting is:
* 2nd generation Intel Core i7-2820QM (2.3 GHz, 8MB L3 Cache) with Turbo Boost up to 3.4 GHz
* 1GB DDR3 Radeon(TM) HD 6630 switchable Graphics (that's the only option)
* 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 System Memory (2 DIMM)
* 878GB Dual Drive (128GB mSATA SSD + 750GB 7200RPM HDD)
