how to partiation a number of volumes in my hard disk

You can do this by using the Computer Management tool in windows 7.

To open the computer management tool:

- Go to the start menu

- Right click on Computer

- Click on Manage

To partition a drive:

- Right click on the drive you want to partition and "Shrink" the amoun of space you want to partition.

- Right click on the new partition and format as needed.

BUT IT IS SHOWING ONLY SMALL AMT CAN BE SHRINKED

That means that your have occupied almost all your HDD.

Try deleting files and empty the recycle bin.
