hp pavillion dm1-4000au fn key not working properly, in order to use f1 - f12 i need to press fn

Basically, if we want to use function like turning on/off wireless, we press Fn + f12 or if we want to change brightness should press Fn + f3/f2. But in my case, i don't need to press Fn button, just pressing the f1 - f12 button will do the function. As consequences, my Delete button, my arrow button (which home, pg up, pg down, and end are resting there) are not working at all!

This problem is so annoying because i can't navgate using my keyboard and very annoying when i want to delete some files, and also i can't start task manager via keyboard shortcut as my delete button not working. I have to rely on my mouse to do all of that!

And last but not least, if you understand what im going through, you will understand how hard it is to post this when i was correcting my sentences since my arrow button not functioning.

Any solution, fixes, or workaround?
