hpnx7300 ac charger issue

Hello!

I have HPNX 7300 laptop, it's almost 2 years old and I have an annoying issue. When I plugin AC Charger processor strikes 100% and laptop runs extremely slow. When I plug it out, it returns to normal. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Is it AC Charger, battery or motherboard?
