in Stato on only Wifi or Bluetooth with Windows 7

good morning
I recently installed windows 7 enterprice, was the first windows xp OS
in my notebook hp 6730s.
With windows xp wifi and bluetooth module remained in the on state.
Now, with Windows 7 enterprice can be activated or bluetooth or wifi, was impossible on both wifi and bluetooth.

no working.

I do not understand why with OS windows xp you can switcing from wifi to bluetooth with active hardware. With OS Windows 7 when it switches from wifi to bluetooth status has been disabled and the same thing to a bluetooth wifi.
