key board and mouse are coming off

Hello, i have never dropped the lab top i did have a lot of problems from the beginning I had to swich out this lab top 3 times. The key board is erased u in the middle and the mouse pad is coming off. I would like to know where should take it? or who do i sent it to?

What kind of laptop? How old is it and where did you buy it?

computer is a pavilion dm4 15' screen

I bough it at best buy 10 months ago.
