laptop not charging with my battery but chargers other batteries

my is Pavilion dv7-2670QM . its not charging with it own battry but is charging when

repale with another laptop

battry. the statues states not charging. any solution?

I really don't quite understand that. How about a bit of clarity. lets start with proper identification of your notebook. You have mixed up dv7 and the beginning of an Intel CPU identification. that is not a viable identification number. When you remove the battery take a look in the compartment revealed to find the p/n. Post it here please.

 

When your battery is replaced with another battery in your laptop does it charge? Is the replacement battery a known working battery?

 

Have you tried the battery check in BIOS or the HP Support Assistant? 

 

Does your notebook boot into Windows with just the power adapter connected?
