laptop wireless wont turn on

ok when i turn the switch to turn the wireless on the light just stays green and the wireless wont work at all. this has been going on for a very long time. also when i turn the laptop on it restarts it self a couple of times. anyone know whats wrong?

try doing a hard reset....remove battery and unplug AC, press power button for about 30 seconds...put the battery in plug in AC press power button , hope this helps. good luck

There are literally hundreds of posts here and on the internet about the nvidia video chipset issue which affects your series and a whole lot more.
