motherboard issue recall

i have a problem with my motherboard of my laptop of dv5 -1030ee model just used two years only buyed in oman and using in india when the laptop was in working condition i asked the hp to give the care pack they informed me that they are not giving the care pack to this model so i think this is the reason that they stoped giving the care pack may be this is the issue in that if that is the case hp should not give  up like this they have to recall all the laptops of that model and solve the issue.because this is the issue with this particular model.
