new umber colored dv7t?

is the "new" pavillion dv7t quad edition that is listed  the hp store the brand new revised version that has the umber lid, light up trackpad, etc? the pictures listed with it are actually of various laptops (including the old dv7t). If not, when is this new version of the dv7 (the umber colored one with the light up trackpad) going to be available?
