problem with webcam

hi,
I have a HP probook 6450b, my webcam does not work, there is no webcam device on device manager, so I do scan for hardware but there aren't any thing, what can I do?

Go into the BIOS --> System Configuration tab ensure that Integrated Camera and integrated microphone have a tick mark in the box that denotes them as active.
After you have done that go to the File tab and click on Save and then Exit to restart you notebook with the new settings.

Hi,
I went to "BIOS --> System Configuration tab --> Built-in device" I can find microphone but there isn't any Integrated Camera that I can tick mark in the box, what do you think?

Try installing the HP univeral camera driver to see if it becomes enabled.
Here is a link to the web support portal for your notebook. I did not see any BIOS updates that provide the ability to enable the webcam.
