probook 6450B no driver fior USB\VID_138A&PID_003C where and what is it

 have a sysprepped image for win732  have this probook 6450b

have a unknown device in device manager i have tried installing new drivers scanning application driver cd wihtn no luck

put the device id into goodle comes up as a finger print sensor i cabnt find ti why is this so fing diffiult  anyone have an idea thanks

Thank you but no go still giving me the finger so to speak

i thougt 7 found everyting lol  you would think that scanning the appication driver cd would fix ti but no. is that just

crazy or what? shouldnt be this difficult

Hi,

Could you go back to Device Manager, right click this device and select Properties, click the Details tab, select Hardware Ids from the dropdown box and post back with all the entries here.

Note.  I did notice that a pre-requisite for this driver is that you have HP Protect Tools already installed before installing the validity driver.

ok im a dork i had the wrong laptop typed in i think i had a pd6450  not the 6460b  the validity dirver did work

so thank you  vm!!
