dear sir ,
on that 17/10/2011 i purchase new hp laptop (pavilion g6). but sir it is found that SD.MMC and HDMI ports are not working.
we make a complain on your customer care and they give me case ID no. :4635423417 on dt :21/10/11
after that on dt your customer care give me no of your engineer at udaipur site (02945105802) but when we try to get status of case ID we dont get any responce from your engineer.
sir before purchesing this item from your company i think that hp have a very good brand name for thair product and services
but after that i found that my all views for your company are wrong and your customer service are not so much effective even they are not giving positive responce
sir as you know your company can stand in market only when customer like me are trust on your product
kindly do needful for the same
