I sent my beats audio computer in for repairs Feb. 2 2012 for repairs "usb quit working" and screen had a crack. The crack was report last year when I sent it in for repairs but they never fixed it. 10 days later my computer arrived back to me, and to my surprise the usb was still broken. so I called the number provided, the same day that it was delivered and spoke with an agent. I told her that this is unacceptable. I'm a dj by trade and every week I'm with out my computer I lose money. The agent connected me with a supervisor, I told him I was a dj and that I needed my computer working properly so I could earn a living. He promised me that if I sent the computer back it would be repaired and back to me in 4 to 6 days he would expedite it from his end once HP received my computer. I told him I have to use the computer this week and I will find a replacement dj so he would be getting my computer on a friday after my thursday show. so he sent me a box and that thursday I sent him my computer for re repair on Feb. 23. 2012 Upon arrival I was to call and inform hp manager the computer had arrived in Texas repair facility which I did.but the manager was unavailable. so I let message for him to call me, which he did. I told him the computer was in Texas. And he said there was nothing he could do to expedite the repair.... I was floored, but it should be ready and shipped back to me by march 3, 2012. I told him thats not what was said to me. he said he had no control of timeframe of repairs. So I said fine I will make other arrangements for my Thursday party today Feb. 22.2012 I got email stating computer will be shipped to me March 7. 2012. I called to speak to the manager and he was unavailable. I've made numerous calls to 877-9174380 to no avail I left messages for HP to ship my computer back to me un repaired because I can't miss money or ulimately lose the jobs for not having equipment. the agent said she would relay the message to him. After 3 hours still no return phone call. So I called and he answered my call, I said please send my computer back, he said its on the way. I am very upset with HP and their managers on how they promise things that they can't deliver. I hate I bought my beats envy now because I've had nothing but problems ever since.

Wow I spoke with Manager of support and he assured me he would send un repaired computer back to me.... They printed the label but didn't send my computer. by FEDEX I guess its sitting somewhere on the dock @ HP but it should be here with me. so I lost money for Thursday and I will lose money for Saturday..... Thanks once again for excellent customer service and repair(s) not done right the 1or 2nd or 3rd time....

Who is going to replace the money I lose for Thursday and Saturday.......

 

I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE OTHER THAN A MANAGER... like right now!!!!!!!!

I just spoke with Jennifer HP support manager "very condesending" and she informed me that pick up was initiated on Feb 29th and Fedex didnt pick up computer until today. I asked to speak to her manager, she "stated she is the boss. I told her what my email said and she said fedex didnt arrive until today.... Fedex last I checked will come to anywhere especially HP for pick ups... On the email I was sent it states computer would be delivered via fedex to me on March 2-2012 Now I'm being told FEDEX didn't pick it up on the Feb 29 they picked it up March 2 today......with delivery on March 5th..... Will it be repaired???? I bet a million dollars it won't be. I spoke with manager Chris on Feb 28 to tell him not to fix computer because the estimated repair date would cause me to lose money March 7-2012. I have an email from Chris stating my computer would be delivered back to me friday March 2 so I would not lose money for job that saturday night, and he was very apolgetic about me losing money for that Thursday. As it stands I lost $500.00 for 2 nights of work. And they funny thing is I'm not upset I just know that I will NEVER buy or refer HP to anyone not even my worst enemy.

 

HP I'm praying for you guys to get your business in order because if not you will fail.
