i have a 3g data card (bsnl india software/model version lw272). when i use it on other computers for using internet it runs sucessfully and connect computer to internet automatically. but on my notebook, after its installation it shows no connection. i have registered this case(4623163172) with hpindia customer care but they have only wasted my time and escalated my phone bill. even after 3 weeks of case registering they havenot come forward to solve this problem.i have also mail them but for no help. this shows how much they/you care for customer. please take suitable action against them. i am very disappointed with the way they talk and handle the complaints. it was ms sandhya and another guy whom i talked to.

Soundlike a software/driver issue.
However, if you wish to do with HP please do so.
If you wish other member to help you, please rephase your question.
