touchsmart tm2 notebook wont start after standby

I have a touchsmart tm2 that shot down after I started using it from stand by and now the notebook wont start, only the battery light is showing but it won´t do anything else

but it is not running(starting) for me to make any changes, Its more like hardware isuue than anything else, the notebook its only a year old and very well kept...
