hi
i have pavilion tx2550ee and since one month only it shows strange problem
the problem:
some times after restart it did not shows any thing but the windows is loaded and i hear the sound and everything is ok but from booting till windows is loaded the screen is black i try changing the battery , working directly with adapter but nothing changed !! still the screen is black
i leave it some time approx. 30 min it works and the screen shows every thing and its ok !!
i don't know why i should leave it sometime to let screen work?
in brief
the tablet is booting and windows is loaded but screen is black but after approx. 30 min it works well
any idea?
thanks in advance.

I would recommend you updating the BIOS on the unit and check if this helps in resolving the issue. Also you can download the latest version of HP Support Assistant from here and run the tests to check if there is any hardware issue on the notebook.

For this unit, the BIOS has been certified for Windows 7 and Windows Vista only. (Though you should be able to flash the BIOS under Windows XP too, I would not recommed it).
