I just got my laptop a few months ago and wanted to know if there is any way that i could upgrade my cpu from an intel core duo p7550 2.26GHz to maybe a 2.6 or higher. I know I should have gotten a faster cpu from the start but i didn't realize the one I have now wouldnt run my games at max (WoW and Dawn of War 2). If anyone has any ways to overclock it or any ideas on how to upgrade I would appreciate it.

Your problem with gaming is not the cpu it is the video system. You would not get much improvement with a 2.6 processor over a 2.26. You should maybe try a new video driver. The Radeon HD4650 should handle WoW just fine but the HP drivers are not very good. You might want to consider using the ATI reference driver (Catalyst) made to work with laptop using Mobility Modder.
