This letter of mine is specially wakeup you(hp) to save the prestige of your company as well as its product..You are very well known about your laptop series v3000 and v6000….we are suffering a lot…
M already consult hp service station but found that your engineering serving for hp company only not for the customer…they were not given satisfaction to the our queries…they were not properly diagnosis what are the faults??they were just say we are mediator..nothing else…. Very Very Very poor service Provider…we are a students of engg college(degree final year)…we suffer a lot from ur faulty version…not only students but also many ppl suffering about the same problem….also faculty members of college to…!!!!!!i am witness that there are many customer of urs we present ther when I ws @yr service station….facing same problem….
I am request you(hp) to confess this error by replacement of this series to sustain customer loyality in hp & its products….
My receipt number at service center is:6602……@Ahmadabad service center…they are very lazy ppl…they wer nt cooperative…..plz provide replacement or your market ll definitely go down…bcoz…we will never ever recommend hp to any one…..if u ll not provide proper solution in favor of customer….
I request you to help us by registering this complaint immediately to help us in getting our money back with reasonable charges for the mental agony that we had to go through for no fault of ours.else ready for Reaction from young Techies...!!!
