Hi all,

Hope somebody can help me on this. Recently, I upgraded my OS to Windows 8.1 and it turns out some of the drivers are not automatically install and some more not available on product support page.

PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6741&CC_030000
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6741&CC_0300

2. Unknown device

ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004
ACPI\HPQ0004
*HPQ0004

3. Unknown device

ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_6001

Hi,

1. You may try to reinstall Windows 7 driver for the video.

2. Please try the following driver (drive guard):

    http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp58001-58500/sp58423.exe

3. Please use the following driver (wireless button):

    http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp58501-59000/sp58720.exe

Regards.

Thank you for your suggestion.

I tried with win7 x64 video driver and after driver install, i couldnt log in to my desktop.

After i key in my windows credential, the screen flicker several times and then it back to enter credential screen.

Once i remove the driver (in safe mode), im able to login just fine.

Any ideas? or should i just revert back to win7 since no driver for win8 yet provided by hp

p/s: the wireless button is now working thanks to you 🙂
