Elite Book 8440p Touch Sensitive Buttons - Wireless on/off

All of my buttons on the touch sensive bar work as expected except for the wireless button which does not appear to do anything. It is glowing Blue and I am connected to the internet fine, but it is annoying that I cannot seem to quickly disable when required - any tips?

Not sure exactly what you are asking about. But, there is a setting in the BIOS that can help solve certain issues with Windows when both LAN and WLAN are both on. If you enable LAN/WLAN auto switching, the BIOS will automatically turn off WLAN antennas when a LAN cable is sensed and turn them back on when the cable is removed
