I have a HP G50-109NR and after reformatting and installing Windows 7 Ultimate x64 I have a driver issue. I cannot find a driver for one of the pieces of hardware. In device manager under other there is listed coprocessor. Does anyone know where to find a driver for this coprocessor. Thanks for your time.

Try installing the chipset driver and see if that fixes the problem. Install first and reboot.
If that didn't fix it, you may also need this video driver if you have the Intel onboard graphics.
If neither of those fix the problem, please post back with the device details ID string of characters you find by clicking on the device in the device manager, then click on the details tab. In the Propeties window, drop down to the second item on the list (Hardware ID;s) and post the string of characters appearing on the first line. That identifies the manufacturer of the device and the device type.

What that is is this:
NVIDIA nForce System Management Controller
Try this driver and hopefully it will do the trick.
