If you want help, I need more information than that.

 

At a minimum, please post the hardware ID for the network controller needing the driver.

Hi. Two of my USB drives don't work. They are marked with yellow in Device Manager, under Other Devices. I can't find the driver for it, so help please. I have windows 7 enterprise. The id of the device is:

Download and install the Intel USB 3.0 USB controller driver for your model PC.

 

Normally listed under the chipset drivers.
