Hi:

The hardware ID's you posted state it is an Atheros Bluetooth device. If you have an Atheros wireless network card that would make sense.

I see that you posted that you tried that driver and software package, and you stated it didn't work.

Unfortunately, since you have already tried the driver I would have thought you needed, there is nothing else I can suggest.

Hi. I just got Probook 4530s (A1E83EA) and installed Windows Vista HP original but cannot find video driver (AMD Radeon HD 6490M).It's known by windows as (Standard VGA adapter). The one on HP website is only for Intel. Please help.

Hardware IDs: PCI\WEN_8086&DEV_0116&SUBSYS_167D103C&REV_09

Sorry, There are two adapters showing as Standard VGA Graphic adapter one of them with yellow (!) mark has ID: PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6760&SUBSYS_167D103C&REV_00

and the second working as Standard VGA without any mark has the ID: PCI\WEN_8086&DEV_0116&SUBSYS_167D103C&REV_09

My new Hp 4530s i3 came with DOS. I installed windows 7 ultimate x64. On the hp support I searched with my product ID: B4U92PA#UUF and found so many drivers. I don't know which are necessary for my model, for example i don't know which blue tooth hardware is for my notebook.

Please suggest all the necessary drivers to be installed

Hi:

No one can tell you that because your notebook can have one of many different models of wireless adapters installed. Then you install the bluetooth software for the wireless adapter you have.

You should in the beginning install the following drivers in this order:

1. Chipset. Install and reboot.

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=32...

2. Install whatever video driver you need for the video that came with your notebook (intel or AMD) and reboot.

3. Audio:  Install and reboot:

4. Wired network, so at least you can connect to the internet via cable.

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=32...

You will also need these drivers:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=32...

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=32...

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=32...

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=32...

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=32...

Now for the wireless card, go to the device manager and you will see a list of items with little yellow ! marks.

Those are the ones that need drivers (but if you install all of the drivers above first, there will be much less of those).

OK..find the item listed as Network Controller with the little yellow ! mark.

Click on that, and then click on the Details tab.

You now see a Properties drop down list.  Drop down on that and select the second item (Hardware ID's).

Post the top string of characters you see in the window and then I will post the links to the wireless and bluetooth drivers you need.
