How can I stop my laptop from overheating? My laptop is only 4 months old and it overheats every time I turn it on. The model number is 15-d020dx

Hi Ramos1124,

 

As I understand you are facing Overheating issue on you unit. Kindly request you to ensure your unit is up to date with all the recommended updates BIOS, Graphics driver, Chipsets and other important or critical updates using HP Support Assistance (HPSA).

 

If the issue still persists please click on the web link given below should be able to help you to resolve the issue on your unit.
