It should be the Realtek Card Reader: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp52001-52500/sp52186.exe

I want to know how you figure out what device it is from the id

Just take this part of any ID that looks like the one you posted and do a Google search on it.

 

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5209

 

Just did the search and it is a Realtek PCIE CardReader.

 

Do this for all the ones you need.
