I have a HP Pav Tx1340ea.
About a year ago i had Hp fix my laptop 3 times due to the wifi not working on my machine, since i got it back in january 09 the bluetooth device has never worked.
I is not listed in the device manager, i have done updates from HP and still no luck at all, even though the software is installed..
I really am not prepared to give it back to HP for the 4th time as they never seem to fix the problem and im not really prepared to reset my pc back to factory conditions which always seems to be the answer for everything!
If anyone has an ideas on how to check the device is actually available or how to get the device to recognise please tell me, as I'm getting fed up of wires when bluetooth should be availble for me!
