OVER HEATING

I purchage A Notebook 9-Dec-2011 After one year issue over heating problem .I complain the service center. but problem  is all rady issue I have  many time complain. All complain (case id)are.

All the case id is issue on over heating problem. And prasent Time issue of over heating problem.

 

Sir plz help me.
