WEEK#6 HORRIBLE SERVICE: HP ENVY 15 J048TX

I purchased the HP ENVY 15 J048TX Notebook on 10th October 2013. I also have an HP Care Pack as I am a student and I travel for academic purpose. I am currently in France and my laptop keyboard, finger print recognition and keypad stopped working suddenly somewhere end of March 2014. I gave my laptop for repair to Felxtronics which apparently takes care of HP product reparation in France on 14th April, 2014. It is 25th MAY today around 6 weeks and I haven't received my laptop yet. I have spent around 64 euros on calling customer service and there is no one who speaks in English properly to give me any useful information. I am totally frustrated of the HP service and have lost all my faith in HP
