I'm in the process of switching motherboards, and I cannot find the PCID number or the featurebyte number for the life of me. Most of the articles I've read have claimed that it is beneath the battery. However after careful inspection I've concluded that there are no set of numbers that resemble the PCID or featurebyte. I need this information to brand the replacement motherboard. Also, please do not suggest that I send it into HP, being that I cannot afford to.

The notebook is an HP Elitebook 8560w Mobile Workstation

The brand of the motherboard is HP. Your only option is a motherboard for the 8560w mobile workstation. You search by HP Part number which is printed on the motherboard near the memory slots.

It has to be one of these motherboards listed above.
