HP Netbook Mini 110-3760TU

Windows 7

 

My netbook has started to randomly miss the letters "i", "k" and ",".

 

i have tried to blow out any dust, a plus resarted the netbook twice (once where it worked for a short time).

 

will it likely be a hardware Issue?

Try to launch command prompt through recovery manager and check if it works there if it does not work in the command prompt it might be a hardware issue.

Thanks.  Did that.  Nothing.  I will assume its a dodgy keyboard and start a support request.

by calling 1-800-474-6836 we would be able to give you repair options.
