Hi,

I have just buy a HP Probook 450 G1, and install Win 7 Professional 64 bit. But I can't use bluetooth to send file. When I open "Device Management", can't see bluetooth symbol.  What should I do to resolve this problem?

Hi,

What is the model/product of your machine ? Some "HP probook 450 G1" do not have Bluetooth option as shown:

I can't see all letters from the image but looks like your machine has option #1 (in red above).

Hi,

Your machine uses "Atheros AR9565 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.0 combination adapter". Did you downgrade/upgrade the machine ? Please try the following driver:

Hi,

Please check the taskbar (click a small arrow at the right corner, near the speaker) to see it in there or not. My laptop does not show BT in device manager but in that area.

Regards.

It's not in there, too. I had checked the taskbar before opened device manager.

Hello freshgrapes,

To get your issue more exposure I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums since the HP ProBook 450 G1  is a commercial product. You can do this at Notebook - HP ProBook, EliteBook, Compaq, Slate/Tablet PC, Armada, LTE.

The support page for your product may be helpful in the meantime:
HP ProBook 450 G1 Notebook PC.

I hope this helps!
Thank you for posting on the HP Forums.
