I received a failure ID: 94MNJW-55K5TA-XD003G-60SQ03
and a product ID: WQ847UA#ABA
It said that I had a start up test failure and also a short dst failure.

A short dst failure indocates that the hard disk is failing or has failed. If you are able to access the BIOS, run a hard disk diagnostic test. HP is likely to ask if you have done that if you contact warranty service.
Is your notebook still within warranty?
If yes, contact HP for warranty service.
If not then replace the hard disk with one of the same or larger capacity and run a factory restore via the recovery disk set or USB recovery media.

I have purchased a hp pavilion dv6 note book pc on 04/10/2011

Processor Type: Intel(R)Core(TM)i7-2630QMcpu@2.00GHZ
Processor Speed: 2000MHZ
Memory Size: 4096Mb RAM
BIOS Date: 04-25-2011
Serial No: [Content Removed]
Key board Controller rivision:10.25
The above mentioned machine is not booting up post power on,only window simbol is appearing, memory test carried out result shows:
SMART Test = Passed
Short DST: Failed and failure ID: UOD7FH-5L55RF-MFH14J-60Q103
Matter is referred to your authorised service station but un able to provide any suggession. May please suggest what should I do?
