We bought a G72 HP laptop 3 months ago. Already got a bunch of problems. Very disappointed with HP quality. On top of it HP service is saying they will not fix the problem as it is not covered by warranty.
My daughter wiped the screen with moist tissue and it led to moisture getting in the LCD. LCD screens are sealed to not allow moisture from humidity to get it. This left a mark on the screen.
System stopped booting a few weeks later. Now screen just stays blank and system never boots up.
L key came loose and now does not sit flat.
This is just poor quality. I have owned Toshiba, Lenevo, IBM and never had these types of issues.

Got the unit back from HP, they did not fix the screen or the broken key. This is pathetic service. Will not buy HP ever again. If there laptops cannot last 3 months, why buy them.

HP's warranty does not cover physical damage, regardless of how things got broken.
