Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I'm not exactly sure what board this would go under but I have an HP dv6 and currently I cannot get it to come on at all. It shows a blank screen (which earlier had a little white line that froze; I restarted it) with blinking caps locks and number locks led lights (only blinks twice; found out that it's the BIOS - blinks once then twice after a couple seconds then stops and does it again after a couple mins) I looked up what I could on how to fix this problem except my screen is still black so I can't get on to install or fix anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Any help would be appreciated.

See the section on checking for loose connection. Reseat both memory sticks and try again. If no joy remove one memory stick and try it, still no joy switch the sticks and try again.

Thank you for your help, I'm actually going to be taking it into someone on Monday so I'll let them know what I believe is going on.
