BIOS RE-FLASH ERROR

hey guys first time posting here and i could use some help please. Okay so i left my laptop running as i left my apartment and i had music streaming. Came home and tried to shut-off laptop because the streaming music wasn't wanted. The whole computer was frozen but music still streaming so i tried the power button, nothing.i noticed before attempting to turn off the laptop that HP ASSISTANT BLAH BLAh was "RE-FLASHING" said 62 sec. I let it try and do something if it was doing anything and nope waited 10 Min and than gave up and unplugged and removed battery. Now my BIOS is corrupt and i put two and two together it was updating the BIOS. I went out and purchased a USB Drive and uploaded the newest BIOS onto it(.exe) tried to start with it plugged in nothing, tried win+B nothing tried all my usb ports...i don't know ideas??

Keep trying the crisis recovery option and trying different methods posted on this forum as well as others on teh web. Do a search for HP Crisis Recovery. You may find a different variation to get the process to initiate on anotehr site. Lastly, if all elese fails, you may need to contatc a 3rd party BIOS repair specialist such as AQSTECH.com

what i found the most screwed up is that this is all HP's fault. Why would my computer start updating my BIOS with no confirmation and than freeze by it's self I'm pissed.
