@C222
Hi,
All your problems started from issue with Intel Matrix Storage Manager, but other BSOD's are pointing to problem with hard drive. Are You able to tell me which brand is your HDD?
How You may check this? There are two solutions:
1.You may install and run Speccy (free software). Wait until it finish analizing what kind of hardware You've got.
It will give You information about monufacter and model of your HDD (example below underlined with yellow line):
2. You may remove the hard driver from laptop and check sticker on it.
How You may do this? Check this service document for tm2. On page 41 You will find all instructions.
When You will post me HDD brand then I will give You software to test it.
Tester which is in Bios is not so great to check this things, but You may try this too.
Below are listed all your problems:
0x3B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
STOP 0x0000001E KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
STOP 0x0000001E KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
STOP: 0x00000019 BAD_POOL_HEADER

Seagate Momentus 7200.4 ST9500420AS
The return box just arrived for it so I will not have access to it for a few days (about 12). Hopefully HP will fix the problem. Thanks for yor help. But it seems other people are also having this same problem.
