Hey Rraghavreddy,
At this point, since the system is not booting up and is giving you error codes (via the blinking keys), you should contact HP support (800-474-6836) and set up a repair.
If you want more information on the blinking lights, take a look here: http://h10010.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&
Using the tables on that page, you'll be able to determine which piece of hardware is causing the blinking light codes. Depending on which codes your seeing, you may be able to diagnose/fix right at home, but most of these codes indicate that a piece of hardware needs to be replaced.

Thank u for the help,
I have checked with the details which you have given me, but i cud`nt find the solution so i have given my laptop in a service center.
Service center decided that there is problem with my mother board, so it is not working which needs to be replaced, in order to work properly again.
So, my query is:- Is there any option for me to replace my mother board with HP Service Center. (my laptop Warrenty period has expired)
kindly provide me the details for replacement or buying new mother board.

Yes, the HP service center can replace your motherboard. Contact them for a quote, since it is out of warranty.

Hey bai22246,
I'm sorry you're running into this issue with a blank screen. Do you see any lights blinking on the keyboard (Caps Lock/Num Lock lights)? If so count the blinks and let me know.
I would first try a Hard Reset. It will drain all of the electricity out of the unit and this can sometimes fix strange issues. Here are the steps for a Hard Reset.
You could also try reseating the RAM. If you have two sticks of RAM, try using just one in either slot.
Let me know if you have any questions or if any of these suggestions helped (this could help others with the same issue). I'll keep an eye out for your reply
