Can you access UEFI with an F2 keystroke when you power on the notebook?

I had performed tests on the memory and hard drive...they both passsed, so at this point, I've decided to send it in for repair. Thanks for attempting to help me.

I've got a Pavilion dv7-4060us with windows 7 I turned it off and turned it back on. When I did that it went to the BSOD and listed "atipmdag.sys" as the issue on the blue screen.
What can i do??? (i can`t restore factory settings becaus of BSOD)
