Brand new HPDV6t customized and ordered online. It came loaded with a fresh install from a partition drive of Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. Started by customizing and personalizing the laptops settings whilst also updating through Windows Update.
The laptop experienced its first BSOD with the BCCode 9F just 1 day ago.
The screen is set to turn off when shut. Earlier today I closed the laptop and made something to eat, upon opening the laptop back up, the screen remained blank. Clicking didn't help, hitting various buttons on the keyboard was just as useless. Without knowing how, the screen came back on, and all of a sudden it froze and loaded all the mouse clicks and keyboard presses that were done while the screen had still been off. After doing this, it froze again and remained frozen for about 5-10minutes.
When it finally unfroze, it was incredibly laggy and I proceeded to click shut down. For about 20-25 minutes it had the Shutting Down screen which then became the second BSOD with the BCCode 9F.
This is the file that was in the minidump folder from the second time:

Edit: The laptop had been on and closed all night, it worked just fine for hours when it was opened in the morning.

Haven't had a third bluescreen yet. I have used this update since the last blue screen:

However, I would still like some inside support or alternate information regarding the details supplied in the first post.

Bump. Blue screens are still occasional with no explanation.
