Charging + Freezing Problem

my laptop shows charging full(WHITE LED ON) when battery is not full(Shown By operating system) and after 1-2min it again starts charging but battery is in good condition and gives backup of more than 1 hour.When i set powerplan to balanced when laptop is somewhat heated it got hang but when i change power plan to high or starts charging then no problem works super fine even laptop is severly heated
