I have a HP pavillion dv7-30570nr, 64 bit, keeps freezing up and error message that says CyberLink Media Library Service has stopped working

Try downloading and reinstalling HP MediaSmart MVP on the link below.
When the installer is run, it should initially uninstall your current installation before proceding to reinstall the application. When this has all completed, restart the notebook.
