Is it Just mine or is the pavilion computers from HP the biggest pile of rubbish ever designed? The screen goes black but the computer powers up, the video player stops half way through what it's showing and just makes a chattering noise that would cut you in half and then doesn't respond by any security built in so it has to be over ridden to be powered off, and to top it all off HP won't help you out or explain why this is happening at all, even after its been sent off to get fixed by them the same things happen straight after I get it back? I hope noone is ever stupid enough to buy ANY HP products ever again as they are the most unhelpful company who care in no way at all for their customers, not even giving an e-mail access to get a complaint through to them without having to take your computer apart to get codes just to send an e-mail, and the support line is only open when everyone is at work so you can't get hold of them that way either to voice an opinion! HP need to stand up take all these computers back and either refund them or replace them with something that actually works, like going and buying all their customers a Dell which actually can turn on when you need it to!
