i have a HP ENVY 23 all in one 

serial   [Personal Information Removed]

when i turn on 

show me on screen 

"ENTER POWER-ON PASSWORD"

CAN YOU GIVE ME THA PASSWORD

  1. Find the jumpers.
    Figure : The jumpers
    Finding the jumpers
  2. Move the bottom jumper to the left into the Clear Password position for five to ten seconds, then move the jumper back to the Normalposition.

  3. Make sure the password is reset before reassembling the computer.
  4. Disconnect the power and replace the rear cover.

Attached the complete model eg 23-n020ns, you may need to move jumpers on the motherboard to remove the password.
