Error 03F1 need driver from HD

I need the driver from HD to the notebook model DV7 4073NR.

when i boot him appears the error 03F1

Hi,

This may be a physical problem with the Hard Drive.

Shutdown the notebook.  Tap away at f10 as you start the notebook to enter the bios menu.  Under the Advanced or Diagnostic tab you should find the facility to run a test on the Hard Drive - run both the Quick and Comprehensive tests.  Post back with the details of any error messages.

Hi DavidPK i did what you told me to do and apeared an message like this HARD DISK 1 QUICK (303).

Hi,

The test result would indicate your Hard Drive is failing - the only solution is to replace the drive.  If your notebook is under warranty, contact HP on the links below to arrange for repair.

I tried this and it wound up verifying an error on 0303 and when I am on my computer there are link problems:

.exe, that all 32 bit applications are invalid unable to get directly online without going directly to a program extention to the internet. Had purchased Advanced Fix It  with an mbd html repair and restore. All is invalid due to 32 bit application.

Hi DavidPK

 I have DV7 and with error as shown above(03F1 hard disck  error). I tried formating with Windows 7 Professional Disc. It doesn't continue after i had drive C formated... Please help even if i have to replace the the hard disk.

Again after it had failed to install windows i lost recovery mode as it doesn't respond too.

Please help. Its warrant is finished.
