Frozen Mouse Pav G62-B0SA

Sounds sad, but is worse that that I'm afraid. Brand new machine and on each session the mouse freezes leaving me no other option but to' switch of'f at the power button.

 

What's this all about?

Are you actually using a mouse (usb external) or are you referring to the touchpad? If touchpad, when it is "freeze", what was the color of LED on the top left coner of the touchpad area? If it is orange - you probably accidently turned it off - double tap on it to turn it back on.
