Our hp g6-1b59wm laptop is only a few months old. We have arecurring issue where you will be typing and all of a sudden it freezes and won't type anymore. We can still move the mouse around and open other programs using the mouse, but it seems like the keyboard is what keeps freezing or hanging up.. This happens no matter whether we are using office, or on the web and doesn't seem to matter what program you are working in, it will either just randomly stop typing, or it will randomly jump to another browser window if we're online. We do have the laptop divided into two desktops, and it seems that the only solution is to switch users. For whatever reason, usually switching users and then going back to the other desktop stops the freeze.
Any suggestions?

Hello,
This isn't normal behavior for a laptop keyboard and indicates a possible hardware issue. Please contact Hp Support.
If it were a rattler. . . .

what program are you using for desktops? There could be an incompatibility problem here? oh and hey, uninstall the desktops program and see if you still have the keyboard problem. if you do still have the problem, I'm gonna agree with SSDdrive. U should contact Hp Support.
