G60-445DX Just shuts off

I Bought my G60-445DX approximately July 2009, I've always had heating issues with the left speaker area  being immensly hot. Now its become a problem to where it just shuts off, i've managed to start it normally and clear all my important documents and disk cleanup. Now it has a lot of problems booting... sometimes it can make it into windows 7 OS but it will restart before i can either complete a disk frag, system restore or hard disk check or memory test on bios. What's the next step i take to counter this problem...
