HP 2000-219DX With Continuous Beeping on Start-up

FIXED

 

I have an HP 2000-219DX and when I started it up this morning it showed the HP logo then the screen went blank and it started beeping continuously. I have tried reseating all memory. I have tried starting with just one memory stick in at a time. I have done both the memory test and the hard disk test and they both passed. If any one has any ideas on what could be the issue I would love to hear them.
